Supporting Women within the Engineering Environment
MDA recognizes the many roles women have played in engineering, technology and science. We aim to maintain an environment where women are hired, advanced, recognized and trained with the same opportunities as all other employees.
The Federal Women’s Program is part of our Equal Opportunity Employment Special Emphasis Program. In addition to supporting a network of professional women at MDA, FWP provides education opportunities for MDA as a whole, as well as monthly celebrations.
