NEPA Documents

At the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), we recognize that the work we do can have an impact on the environment, so we actively strive to limit any effects on the environment. It is our environmental policy to comply with the NEPA and its implementing regulations.

The NEPA process consists of an evaluation of the environmental effects of a proposed federal action including its alternatives. The NEPA process enables us to make informed decisions about the consequences of our projects, to both solicit public input and inform the public about our findings, and to take appropriate actions.
