MAPSS is MDA’s fourth generation procurement of Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support and is the direct follow-on professional services program to Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) Next. The A&AS support to MDA provides for the continuous assessment of engineering, technology, process, production, and programmatic practices used to develop, test, field, and operate an integrated, layered, Missile Defense System. MAPSS is approved to utilize GSA OASIS+.
