Final Environmental Impact Statement (July 2025)

Notice of Availability of the Final EIS

The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) published a Notice of Availability in the Federal Register on July 25, 2025, which announced the availability of the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), where the document can be accessed, and the 30-day wait period. Notifications were made to local media outlets and the public via news releases, postcard mailers, notification letters, and newspaper advertisements.

The MDA and the Army encourage the public to view the Final EIS, which is available for download or in print at the University of Guam Robert F. Kennedy and the Nieves M. Flores memorial libraries.

The Final EIS is available for download below. Options include high resolution (better quality but slower download) or low resolution (faster download but lower quality).
