Notice of Availability of the Record of Decision
The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) published a Record of Decision in the Federal Register on Sept. 9, 2025. Notifications were
made to local media outlets and the public via a news release, postcard mailers, and newspaper advertisements.
The MDA and the U.S. Army encourage the public to view the Record of Decision, which is available on this website for download or in print at the
University of Guam Robert F. Kennedy and the Nieves M. Flores memorial libraries.
